Social sharing sites is a sites where people can share their experiences. It could be ideas, photos, advise, little conference or special events.

2. How does social sharing influence consumers' choices, link to 1 article to suuport your assessment

Peoples todays looking of course for best rates, I mean shipper but by the same way have fun experiences. It is not because you pay less that you have not right to have a good experiences.
According to the article there is more and more social sharing sites.
Because before those sites there is just comment card or just "ear to mouth" and people really don't know really what happened. They just go to hotel and see the problems there.
Guest comment can be helpfull for hotelliers or completly negative for them.

3. How hoteliers can best utilize social sharing trends to communicate with customers. Link to 2 examples
In my point of view i think that hotelliers can use social sharing trends to communicate with consumers, by creating in their web sites a spaces where guest can put directly there comments and also ask questions. That will allows them to communicate with guest and by the same times peoples can see all the dialogues and comments in the hotels. It likes a blog in the hotel web site.

4. What is your opinion ... can hotels effectively establish an online conversation with customers? Yes, why ... no, why not?

In my point I think that hotels can not effectively establish an online conversation with customers because it can be negative for you as hotels. I mean "guest is guest" even if they have a good feedback of your hotel and they put their comments online, be sure that they will be "a BUT". They will never put 100% satisfaction in your online comments guest. So, for me it is little bit risque to establish online conversation with customers.
