Social sharing sites is a sites where people can share their experiences. It could be ideas, photos, advise, little conference or special events.

2. How does social sharing influence consumers' choices, link to 1 article to suuport your assessment

Peoples todays looking of course for best rates, I mean shipper but by the same way have fun experiences. It is not because you pay less that you have not right to have a good experiences.
According to the article there is more and more social sharing sites.
Because before those sites there is just comment card or just "ear to mouth" and people really don't know really what happened. They just go to hotel and see the problems there.
Guest comment can be helpfull for hotelliers or completly negative for them.

In my point of view i think that hotelliers can use social sharing trends to communicate with consumers, by creating in their web sites a spaces where guest can put directly there comments and also ask questions. That will allows them to communicate with guest and by the same times peoples can see all the dialogues and comments in the hotels. It likes a blog in the hotel web site.

4. What is your opinion ... can hotels effectively establish an online conversation with customers? Yes, why ... no, why not?

In my point I think that hotels can not effectively establish an online conversation with customers because it can be negative for you as hotels. I mean "guest is guest" even if they have a good feedback of your hotel and they put their comments online, be sure that they will be "a BUT". They will never put 100% satisfaction in your online comments guest. So, for me it is little bit risque to establish online conversation with customers.

Effectively despite the fact that online travel growth, there is some problems with this systems. One of the reasons as the article said and with my point of view as consumers, is the "security" the most important things.
People needs security I dont want to give my credit card number and takes risk to see my account completly empty, steals by somebody.
Also there is another reasons; the difficulty to manage your computer or the online travel sites.
It is not easy for everybody to manage well their computer or the online booking website. For example senior peoples who feel frustrated and also young peoples who are so speed , so they need to have immediatly all the informations quickly. That is those reasons who push people to go back o the traditional travel office and be faced to a persons.

The Sad Side of Valentine's Day | What the Industry Should Know

According to this article I'm completly agree about what the author said.
Because during the periode of ST Valentine, hotels made a lot of marketing around this days and people who are single feels very bad.
It is not very cool to have around you couples and every things is just for them. So singles have just their rooms and the mini bar, not realy funny.
It is why the idea of Mr HOURAN is good
Creates another kind of communication around this days without make singles feel uncomfortable. By creating for example a speed dating events or an events where couples and singles could be together without any distinction and that allows them to feel less apart.
And also instead give only promotion for couples give thesames advantages for singles, if chocolates give them chocolates or valentine dinner same things for all. If I'm single i really appreciate in a hotel in valentine's days to have the same hings as them even if I'm alone doesn't matter may be if there a kind of event like speed dating or cocktails I can finish my night with my prince charming.
